Systems built for these operations
Receivables chased automatically over WhatsApp, inside a system the client owns. No per-seat fee as the collections team grew.
Rent it for three years and you own nothing
Put in your own numbers. The bill never stops, and at the end of it you have nothing to show for it.
Approximate public list prices per user per month, converted to SAR and rounded. Your invoice may differ.
- Every month10,000 SAR
- Every year120,000 SAR
- After three years360,000 SAR
Adjust the sliders. The gap is the point — and it widens every year you keep renting.
- The code, on your side
- The database, on your server
- The roadmap, on your schedule
- Support only if you want it
Send me this breakdown
The three-year math for your numbers, next to what an owned build of the same size usually costs.
The same operation, two very different endings
- Price rises at every renewal
- Pay per seat, forever
- Your data lives on their servers
- The thing you need is "coming later"
- Workarounds live in Excel and WhatsApp
- Compliance arrives when they get to it
- One build cost, agreed up front
- Add users without adding cost
- Your data lives on yours
- The thing you need gets built next
- The workflow matches how you actually run
- ZATCA and PDPL built in from day one
Systems, not subscriptions
Each one is built around the way you work, put on your servers, and handed over with the code.
- Contracting
- Manufacturing
- Logistics
- Real estate
- Hospitality
- Healthcare
- Retail
- Professional services
One build. One number. You keep the code.
Every build is quoted as a single fixed price after the scoping call. No per-seat fees, no renewal, no licence. Here is what usually goes into each kind.
Sales teams, property, contracting, clinics
- Pipeline built on your sales steps
- WhatsApp and call logging
- Quotes, commissions and payouts
- Arabic and English, RTL by default
50 to 2,000 employees
- GOSI, WPS and Mudad files
- Nitaqat band monitoring
- Arabic contracts and letters
- Leave, loans and end of service
Multi-branch operations
- ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing
- Inventory, purchasing and approvals
- Finance that closes the month
- Branch and company consolidation
- Source code and database handed over
- Deployed on your cloud or your server
- Documentation and team training
- A working version to click through every week
Support after handover is optional: a fixed yearly plan, or none at all.
Built for Saudi Arabia, not translated for it
A global vendor spends your first six months learning what ZATCA is. With us that conversation does not happen.
Phase 2 e-invoicing
Invoices go to ZATCA straight from the system. No extra middleman to pay.
Payroll that files correctly
Contributions, wage protection files and Saudization ratios calculated on your actual payroll rules.
Data that stays in the Kingdom
Where your data lives, how long you keep it and who can open it — all decided by you, because it sits on your own servers.
Arabic is not a translation layer
Right-to-left interfaces, Arabic documents and Hijri dates designed as the primary experience, not a settings toggle.
Runs where you decide
Your cloud region inside the Kingdom, or your own server. We deploy to it and hand over the keys.
A registered Saudi company
Contracts, invoices and support under Saudi law, from a team that works on your hours.
From scoping call to keys in hand
No trial. No demo environment you have to imagine your business inside. We map your process, quote a build, ship it and hand it over.
- 01
The scoping call
We map your actual process — the approvals, the exceptions, the spreadsheet everyone secretly relies on. You leave with a scope, a timeline and a number.
60 MINUTES · NO COST - 02
Build in the open
You can see the code from day one, and click through a working version every week. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
A WORKING VERSION EVERY WEEK - 03
Migration and go-live
Your history moves across, your team gets trained in Arabic and English, and the system goes live on infrastructure you control.
YOUR CLOUD OR YOUR SERVER - 04
Handover
The code, the data, the manuals and everything needed to run it. Signed over to you. This is the part other companies do not do.
THE CODE IS YOURS
Support is a choice, not a condition
The question everyone asks is what happens if something breaks. You get two answers, and both of them are fine.
Systems we shipped and handed over
Real builds running in real Saudi operations. Every one of them is owned by the client, code included.
Collections System
Mueen- SAR 0per seat, as the team grew
- WhatsAppfollow-ups sent automatically
- 100%owned, code included
Receivables chased automatically over WhatsApp, inside a system the client owns. No per-seat fee as the collections team grew.
Payroll System
Ameen- 0filing penalties since cycle one
- ZATCA + GOSIfiled from inside the system
- Theirsthe infrastructure it runs on
ZATCA and GOSI handled inside the client's own payroll build. Manual errors and filing penalties stopped in the first cycle.
Clinic Platform
Hadi- 4 → 1subscriptions replaced by one platform
- Arabicfirst, not translated
- 0renewals, ever
Bookings, records and Arabic patient search in one owned platform for Saudi clinics, instead of four subscriptions that never quite fit.
The questions that come up on every call
What does "you own it" actually mean?
The code is handed to you, the data sits on your own servers, and there is no licence key, no limit on users, and nothing phoning back to us. If exefai disappeared tomorrow your system would keep running, and any developer could pick it up.
What happens if something breaks and we do not have a support plan?
Nothing stops working. You hold the code and the documentation, so your own team or any external developer can fix it. Most clients take a yearly support plan because it is cheaper than staffing for it, but it is a choice rather than a condition of using the software.
Is custom more expensive than a subscription?
It is a larger number once and a smaller number after that. Fifty users on a typical SaaS plan at SAR 200 per month is SAR 120,000 a year, every year, and you own nothing at the end. A build is a fixed cost with an optional support fee. Most operations cross over inside two to three years.
How long does a build take?
A first working version is usually weeks, not months. AI made the building part much faster. What still takes real time is understanding how you work, which is exactly what the first call is for.
Are you ZATCA and PDPL compliant?
Yes, and it is built in from the start rather than added later. ZATCA Phase 2, GOSI and wage protection files, and keeping your data inside the Kingdom are all part of the design, because the data sits on servers you control.
Can you integrate with what we already run?
Yes. Most builds sit alongside existing accounting, banking, WhatsApp Business and government portals. Because you own the code, integrations do not break every time a vendor pushes an update on their own schedule.
